Modify control elements of open record

Additionally, the navigation and control elements need to be updated. The close (x) icon should be placed on the left. To remove records, the user should select the three dots, and a dropdown menu will offer the option to remove the record. The up and down arrows should allow the user to jump to the next or previous record.
